College Park Athletic Club’s strength and conditioning staff have experience working with everyone from weekend warriors to professional athletes.  We are 100% dedicated to providing you with an enjoyable experience that will help you not only feel and move better every day but bring your golf game to the next level!  

 

Here’s how we can help:

  • Improved mobility to increase your ability to adapt to a better swing, create more power, and eliminate low back and shoulder pain that often plagues avid golfers.

  • Better body awareness will make you more sensitive to the “feel” of the swing.

  • Command knowledge of strength and conditioning techniques to ensure that you are training in a way that will help you enjoy the game more for a longer time.  

  • Create the ideal body mass that will allow you to perform efficiently and effectively.

How to start:

  • Fill out the contact form below.  You will be contacted by our staff soon after to set up your complimentary assessment.  ($125 value)

  • Your assessment will last approximately 1 hour and will consist of a movement and strength screening, learning a proper warm-up that you will be able to perform anywhere, and demonstrations of all applicable corrective exercises that will address any issues discovered in your movement screen.

  • From there, we will schedule your complimentary strength and conditioning session where your coach will teach you proper techniques for exercises tailored specifically to what you need to improve your movement and strength screening.  ($125 value)

 

That’s $250 of service that is complimentary to you as a valued client of WJ Golf!!!!
